Called earlier to reserve a car and was told to show up at a specific time to see what cars were available because the selection might change between now and that specific time (which was only a 1 hour time difference). My car is getting fixed right now so obviously I can't just stroll in to check out the selection. I asked the employee about prices and if they offer discounts for AAA members, etc. and she said she was unable to help me or book any cars at that time because she was with a customer. I asked if there was anyone else available in the office that could help me and the worker said there were only 2 people on site and the other employee was unavailable. Not helpful at all. Called Enterprise right after and got a quick quote in minutes with MUCH better customer service.
