Shops like this are hard to find these days. These guys are solid and down to earth. They don't make you feel like your a hassle and don't rub it in your face that they probably know more about your instrument than you do (like places like GuitarCenter try to do - when they probably don't know what they are talking about to begin with). It's a small shop and wait times might be a little longer than other places, but the wait is worth it. I'm confident that if I ever had any issues they would back up their work and take care of me. Although it's been months now and everything is perfect just like the day I picked up the guitar.
