So, after the debacle last year the Director of Hotel Operations, Paolo Domingo, contacted us and apologized for the problems we encountered and offered us a 2 night stay on them. I was dealing with some severe health issues at the time and Mr Domingo stated we could use the offer at anytime we wanted to within the next couple of years. Fast forward to now and since I have been health problem free for several months we decided to book our stay. We booked our room for the end of July. Upon arrival we checked in at the front desk and Oscar (who was extremely nice) helped us. He informed us we had been upgraded to a suite. Not a bad start at all. Our room was gorgeous and had a view of the strip. About an hour later someone knocked at the door and room service delivered us some snacks for our stay. That night we played some Bingo and visited the Grand Cafe (our food was delicious and the service was great). The next day we spent the day hanging by the gorgeous pool. We ordered some drinks and food and just enjoyed ourself. I don't remember the girl who helped us but she was extremely nice and funny. After the pool we did some gambling and then just got some food to go from the food court and headed back to our room. The suite rooms do come with use of the spa which we had intended to check out before leaving but never got to it. We had such an amazing time and really appreciate how the Red Rock went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.
