  • You got 1 star bc the sales rep I had was amazing. I explained that I would consistently pay on a certain date and if your bill is considered late after say the 15th....WHY DO YOU CALL ME EVERYDAY 5+ times BEFORE it's considered late. Do not call my work, quit calling my phone if it's not late. What is wrong with you people - I will never do business with you guys based on this alone. Be prepared if you are going to purchase from them bc they're relentless. Agent: hi, please verify your DOB and last 4 of social Me: ummm no, I will not Conns, get your customer service agents better training and come up with a better procedure.
