  • They are great at collected money from the HOA for "managing" the complex but that is about it. They refuse to answer e-mails if they involve complicated issues or ones that need to be addressed by the HOA. My house flooded 3 times due to a malfunctioning outdoor drain that is under the control of the HOA. They refused to follow up with me so now I'm stuck paying for professionals to correct the drain, then hoping the HOA will reimburse me. For what this company charges, your neighborhood is better off finding their own landscaping company and designating an internal hall monitor to make sure people are parking where they are supposed to.
