  • We had "Pet Screen" installed on our patio door. Here's what earned 2 stars: 1) Showed up as scheduled 2) Very friendly 3) Reasonably priced Here's what kept me from giving 5 stars: 1) Instead of using the leveling screws to retract the rollers and remove the screen frame, a screwdriver was used to just pry the door out of the track! 2) The screen frame wasn't cleaned or even wiped off while they had it out 3) The screen kept coming off-track after the job was done and I had to adjust the rollers myself to correct it. I really wanted to give more than 2 stars cause they were so nice but I just can't get over the way the frame was pried off the track. Professional's who work with these all the time should be able to do better than that.
