We came to The Foundry to see Dana Carvey and Jon Lovitz. We were supposed to pick up tickets at Will Call but Will Call was closed. We kept being told they stepped out for a minute and would be back to reopen but they never came. Then we were sent to the venue, who sent us back to Will Call in the front of the casino (which was still closed). No one knew what was going on and no managers were available to help us sort it out. Several other couples were having the same issue. This went on from when we got there (an hour before show time) to 30 min after the start time of the show. Then security tells us Will Call closes 30 min before the show starts. Ummm...we were here an hour early and who closes Will Call 30 min before the shows starts? I think that would be the busiest time. Finally after giving up and going to the car my husband decided to give it one last try and see if calling would work. After 2 long calls and lots of transferring we finally got someone who had the will call list and got us our tickets. I was over it at this point but hubby was determined. The show started almost an hour late so we didn't miss anything. The venue is really small which I liked. We were seated on the upper level. Seating is a bunch of banquet chairs lined up. We had a good view except they were taping the show so a large camera arm was in the way most of the time. We enjoyed Dana Carvey and Jon Lovitz, but don't know that it would be worth the hassle to see a show at The Foundry again. If you go make sure you get your tickets in advance!
