| - I've had more problems with this Arcadia Branch P.O. I finally decided to do something about it. I got great results and I want to encourage you all do the same.
The next time they lose your package, talk to you in a condescending manner, act like their disinterested, give you wrong information, etc; YOU HAVE RECOURSE. Call-

I spoke to a lovely man named Jim relaying my situation to him involving a missing box the P.O. suppossedly shipped out without scanning. I told him how the day manager treated me rudely, condescendingly, giving me misinformation, telling me he "didn't know" to my questions and finally telling me with a grin on his face, to have the company manager call the P.O. to speak with him, knowing full well that phone rarely gets answered. The manager of the store I was doing business with called me two days later saying she tried to no avail to get anyone to pick up the P.O. phone.
Jim took notes while I spoke, saying this was not acceptable behavior. He said he would write up a formal complaint on this branch including the manager's name and they would ultimately have to give account.
ALSO, there's a new satelite P.O. on 24th and Flower. Nicest people, never any waiting and always happy to serve you. Check it out
