  • Worst alteration place. Damaged my coat! No professionalism! Had an issue with delayed alteration pick up, didn't bother to call me that it's not ready. Said that the lady had a n accident. Sorry. That unfortunate, but there are abled bodies in this place that could've called me to tell me it's not ready??!! Spoke with manager who didn't even talk to me directly and just said "ella?" (Pertaining to me) to her coworker! What a shame, this place. Finally got the coat in 2 days. The back had blade markings that looked cut and permanently damaged! I don't even want to waste my time going back there to complain! HORRIBLE. ONE STAR RATING IS TOO MUCH TO GIVE TO THIS DUMP! I am not someone that complains but this business is not to go to.
