  • I bought tickets to go see Thor with my wife. I thought I had purchased the tickets with a gift card I had received for my birthday, turns out I had purchased it with my credit card. That was no issue. The messaging system informed me of exactly what I needed to do. I got in there in time and this young man assisted me in using the gift card for my purchase and then refunding my credit card back the $25 which is absurd for two people. I was informed that the money will go back on the car right away, and so in the spirit of enjoying my lovely wife's company we go ahead and watch the movie and go home and get up for work in the morning and go to work I check my card today and not only is the money not back on my card, not only do I not have the gift card anymore, but there's an additional charge on my card from AMC AKA Sundance Theater. So this is upsetting. The young man's information on the refund happening right away was incorrect. So either he's misguided or he lied either way I will be speaking with a manager as soon as it is possible.
