  • I like the care we receive from the doctors. The downsides: always have to wait over an hour after appointment time to see the doctor. To make an appointment takes forever. Spent today on the phone for over 45 min to get an apt for a sick kid. When I asked why it takes so long to get through, she said because it's Monday. Makes sense, but they know it's going to be busier so have more people working. And it's not just Monday's I've had this issue on.
