  • We called and left a voicemail for Jack Dish Plumbing over 2 weeks ago to schedule the purchase and installation of a garbage disposal and never received a call back at all. So we just purchased a garbage disposal on Amazon because Jack Dish Plumbing was listed as a provider and like here on Yelp, has great reviews. Our purchase included the price for the installation, as we were able to enter our zip code and an installation cost was provided and added to the order. But we just received a call from Erin in their office saying they don't provide service to Boulder City, Nevada -- even though they are listed as a provider for that area on Amazon -- so we would need to go back to Amazon and cancel the order. Very frustrating to have both left a message they didn't both to respond to and then to have been able to purchase their services on Amazon, only to get a call that they don't honor their listed Amazon service areas.
