  • I have State Farm, this tow company sent an ETA of 11:44. I called it in to my insurance at 10:40am. By 12:08am I called for an update and was told the guy was on Rainbow and 215 about 15 mins away from my home near Blue Diamond and Fort Apache. By 12:30pm called the 777 towing again, all I am told is he is on his way. I let them know my frustration of waiting for 2 hrs. The response was sorry, there is traffic. At 12:45pm I called my insurance company and they decided to send another company at 1:10pm, ETA for them was 1:39pm! Not even an hour!! Really sucks now because 777 decided to finally show up at 1:22pm. I called the second tow company to let them know to not come anymore. The gentleman was already a few blocks away! I felt so bad that I had to turn him away.
