My husband and I had a Manager by the name of Dwayne from this dealership call us because we had a bad experience at another Subaru, and he promised a lot. We had to drive a very long way to get to this dealership then when we get there the Manager we had spoke to had already left, and it went down hill from there. A salesman called Arlene helped us with the help of his manager Chris, but we delt directly with Arlene. Once we were in the room he started to gives us numbers that weren't even close to what he had spoke to the manager about, so I spoke up and told him " You are telling us very differently to What Dwayne was telling us", and in the middle of my sentence he cut me off and say "ma'am DONT RAISE YOUR VOICE AT ME" I said sir ... I am talking to you very calmly. The point is we had a very bad experience at this dealership, and the sad part is that it isn't the first Subaru we have had issues with. We record the conversation this time so good job Arlene for loosing us as clients!
