  • I'm always leery of service technicians, but when my tenant's washing machine crapped out and I couldn't figure out the problem, I had to find someone to fix it. I called T.A.R. and they took care of everything for me - even called my tenant directly and arranged a time that was convenient. They fixed it in the evening, right on the spot and I was able to pay over the phone after the job was done. Satisfied, I had them repair my dishwasher at home. They made the effort to track down a scarce part for an outdated model and worked with my busy schedule to get the part installed at a time that was convenient. They were true to their quote without any surprises when it came time to pay up. Communication is great, and as far as prices go, I wouldn't say "cheap", but given the speed and quality of service and the fact that they quote you up front and honour their word, I would say that it is reasonable. They accept credit cards on the spot, swiped into an iPhone.
