  • Usually when youre at a new gym for the first time, they would give you a free trial day. After checking in and already starting to work out I was threatened to pay a $15 fee. If I was told this upon checking in I wouldnt have stepped foot in this gym in the first place to pay a ridiculous price for a 45 minute work out. The staff and manager at the time was unprofessional and unwelcoming. They gave off horrible vibes that made me feel uncomfortable. In addition, I was working on the TRX machines when a personal trainer and his class came up to me saying I was in the way and I had to finish up. Never was I so embarassed so I finished up and moved on. All in all, I dont recommend this location unless you want to pay $15 just to try the gym out for the first time and deal with displeasing staff. Very disapppointing customer service and unfortunate experience.
