I want to first say that I have purchased 6 Oreck Vacuums over the past 10 years and have never had any issues. I will never return to the Arboretum Store after the treatment I received today. I purchased a $400 Oreck vacuum yesterday (1/23/2018) from a new employee that I had never seen before. She seemed to know the vacuums but made strange remarks which was a little odd but everyone is different so I made my purchase and went on with my day. I returned today 1/24/2018 to purchase bags/filters for an Oreck Canister Vacuum and she was working again. There were a few people looking around and she asked me what I needed. I explained and then she replied in a very rude manner "I have never seen that model and I don't have time to research the bags or filters but you can wait or leave it (Like she was doing me a favor by letting me spend money in that store). She wasn't that busy and the customers were a little annoyed by the treatment as well. I waited until the store cleared out looking for the bags myself. She approached me again in a very rude manner and said" Are you still here"? "What do you want"? After spending $400 the day before I was totally appalled by her Customer Service and Behavior. I own two businesses here in Charlotte and just can't believe that this store hired an employee that is so unprofessional with the public.
