  • Called to inquire about exchanging a specific currency. The operator was thoroughly unprofessional in his mannerisms. He did eventually make some suggestions on where I could get my money exchanged but his tone, the way he directed his questions were rude and seemingly disinterested, which is unacceptable for any business. Also no mentioning of Taheri Exchange upon answering the phone. I had to clarify whether I'd reached the correct business. Improvements needed.
