I worked for Best Buy for 6 years in another state and I usually get very defensive over bad reviews. Best Buy as a company has amazing training for their employees and high expectations. I'm not sure what happened with this store.
Every time I come here I have to ask for help. Usually I have to escalate to a manager because I have more product knowledge then the employee.
The store itself is hideous. Why is everything bright yellow? It's an eye sore. Don't give them you're business, they don't deserve the revenue. support Best Buy, but this store is a mess internally and externally.
My tip is, fill out the Customer survey at the bottom of your receipt. Stores are help accountable to those results. When numbers are bad managers are held accountable to fix them.
