rev:text	I had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ON SATURDAY AT LUSH. When I entered the establishment I was told to sit down and the woman just pointed to an area where to sit but it was not the right area. My entire appointment was very rushed and it was NOT A RELAXING experience. My gel manicure looks so dull and the manicure was not the best in the world. My pedicure is awful. I paid for the Ultimate experience and got a terrible experience. The hot towels were not hot and my heels were not even touched. I'm not used to being on the clock to get a pedicure. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!!!
