Every time I have come here for a service there seems to be some issue. The first time with my iA and you didn't have the tire, the shuttle kept leaving without me and a simple tire change ended up taking a day and a rental car.
This most current time, no one could find my tire and wheel warranty for a few hours, then they kept saying I had an iA and not an iM. Then I go a call saying they don;t seem to have the tire in stock and I might have to wait until Monday. In the end Miranda did get it figured out, but even at the check out counter the girl who rung me up said the wrong code had been written and it took longer than it should have- non of it my fault. I specifically pay the extra for tire and wheel insurance so I didn't have to do this again.
Every time I come to this dealership there are either problems with no tires in stock, problems looking up my correct lease or insurance or shuttle problems.
i will say the customer service provided to me by Miranda was MUCH better than the last time, but I just feel like this dealership is incredibly disorganized compared to other Toyota dealerships I have used.
