We loved the food, portion size, service and visited several times during our trip to Montreal. One thing I thought was a bit off was the home potatoes served with breakfast, they were a little sweet. I was just reading an article that storing potatoes in the refrigerator can make them sweet and break down the starch, so i'm mentioning that here in case they happen to take a look :-) I would still go back regardless of the slightly sweet potatoes.

Cold temps will break down the starches in potatoes, making them unpleasantly sweet and gritty. Cool and dry darkness is a spud's best bud.
