  • What I attempted to call them at 11:26 a.m. about reserving a truck the phone rang off the hook I let it ring for about about 10 or 12 rings before giving up now I work in the customer service industry and and my philosophy and those of most place that work this phone never rings more than 3 times before being answered if they don't care enough to pay attention and try and answer their phones that says a lot to me about how they treat their customers so they lost my business I'm on to the next truck rental facility
