  • This place is horrible took my wife's car in because the insurance company recommended them. First they took forever to fix the car then after a few weeks I was having problems driving and took it back. The guy looked at her like she was crazy and said there's nothing wrong with it 2 more weeks went by and I drove it and noticed the steering wheel was almost completely sideways when the car was going straight. I took it back the guy took it in the back and said Oh the alinement is off we'll fix it. Then my wife drove out of town for 3 hours when she got to her friends house they noticed the tires are almost shredded. Took it to a repair shop there they said it was from the alignment being wrong for so long. Then she called ultimate collision they said go ahead replace the tires and we will reimburse you. And when she got back they would only reimburse her for the front two tires. Jeremy the service guy is a POS liar. He said too bad that's your fault for changing all the tires I've been trying to get ahold of the owner for a month now and nobody will return my calls.
