  • Obviously this place is a 5 star. Giving it 1 star bevause the customer service was a nightmare. Girl named Leyah was helping us. We got way too much attitude for no reason. Told her the shoes sizes and she was standing there. I was disgusted with her customer service that she didn't seem to have. After ordering food we waited very long just to find out we had to go pick it up. No one brought it to the table after asking us what table we were at. This happened twice. Last but not least, there was signs everywhere saying unlimited bowling after 8pm on Fridays for a flat rate price. When we asked about this at 8:07pm they said they can't do anything because the signs were old. False advertisement. I was very upset. Overall the place and environment is great. They could work on their staffs behaviour, attitude and customer service skills.
