  • About an hour ago, I walked into Fantastic Sam's with the intention of getting a trim. Upon walking in, I was not greeted but was given eye contact. A man in front of me was paying for his haircut when another stylist looked at him and said in a very condescending tone something like, "why did you come in here with that knowing it's Sunday and the banks aren't open for change!" He was going to pay with a $100 bill. I made eye contact with the lady and just walked out. Who in their right mind speaks to customers like that? I knew if I stayed it was going to get worse and I felt the fire of words about to explode on this woman, so I had to exit. I made my way down the street to the Fantastic Sam's in Summerlin. Still no "hello" but i got in and out.
