THINK BEFORE YOU ORDER ONLINE. We placed an order on 10/27/17 in the am and selected priority shipping ( 2-4 days)- as of today 11/3/17 our order has not shipped and no response to emails or phone contact. Our CC was charged 10/28/17. We needed the item for an event on 11/5/17. Even if there was a delay with order they should've contacted us. Check out other complaints on the BBB website.
