| - This location isn't as bad as people are yelping. I live in the Southwest area and the only reason I went to this location is because I was rear-ended, the body shop was close-by and my insurance company sent me here. I rented the car after Memorial Day, the office was busy with people returning cars. I walked up to the desk, she took down my information, I had to wait for them to clean the car (roughly 15-20 mins), but I went next door and grabbed a sandwich to pass time. Easy Peasy. Returning it was pretty much the same. Pretty easy drop off, but my insurance didn't pay for the whole thing, so the guy at the desk kept my account open until my insurance company closed it out. I do have one gripe though and that's why they don't get full starts. They accidentally charged me to fill up the tank of $85.05. I filled up the tank and have my receipt as proof, but I noticed a charge on my card a few weeks after the car return. I called them. I spoke with Sarah. She left a message for Mike, the manager. I didn't hear from him so I called him the next day. He was very nice and honored the refund. He said it takes a few weeks for it to go through. I hope it goes through, otherwise, I might be back here to give them demerit stars. Fingers crossed.
