  • I've spent thousands of dollars with this company, and my AC still doesn't work. Amazing. A year ago I had the coil replaced. Fast forward to this year, and apparently it's lose. How did I find this out? Well, my AC went out AGAIN this summer, and I had to have the unit outside replaced. I asked the technician to give me the cheapest solution that would last me through the next year, as I am selling the house this year anyways. It was going to be a week before I could have the part replaced, so I had to stay in Vegas with my parents. My husband stayed with a coworker because he had to work. I don't know how I would have done this last year when I was living alone and working full time. Thursday it was fixed, and I returned on Friday. On Saturday...the AC wasn't working. I called and someone came by and told me it was PROBABLY the lose coil, or maybe the filter needed to be replaced, he didn't know, but someone would come Sunday July 3. I said I was working until 12, so someone would need to be there at 2 in case I was late or stuck in traffic. My husband took the day off, and I came home at 12. We stayed in the living room which has 4 giant windows facing out to the street. 2 came, 3, 4, 5, 6 pm...no one came, no one called. I called and the representative apologized and said someone should have come out. 7, 8, 9 pm, still no one. I called the representative again, and she apologied and said someone should have come out. A technician called me 10 minutes later and told me the tech who was supposed to come wrote that he came 3 times, and that I was called 6 times. Complete lie!! Not only did no one come, but I got no phone calls. Besides, the representative would have said something to me the 2 times I called! The same technician who said he'd already been by came at 9:30 or so, and was rude to my husband, and seemed like this was all inconvenient to him. When we'd been waiting at home for 7 hours for someone to come. I called today July 5th, and a manager was supposed to call me back. Hours later, and still no call. I smell something fishy. I've spent a lot of money and they seem to keep leaving enough to need to be fixed to keep coming back. At this point, I should have just bought a different unit. Horribly dissatisfied. I will update once I hear from the manager and when someone comes to my house to fix the issues. As a pregnant housewife, this is absolutely horrible. UPDATE**** The manager called me and apologized, he sent out his service manager who checked everything out and realized it was the refrigerant wasn't properly flushed when my outside unit was replaced. He is sending someone now to fix this issue at no charge to me, and let me know that the AC was working fine. I'm very happy that the issue has finally been resolved.
