I went in to get a French mani and pedi the day before my wedding. It was my first visit to the business and I went on a recommendation. I was told when the appointment was booked that the owner would do my nails, but instead saw a younger woman. She never told me her name. She cut may toenails so short it was painful. 10 hours later and the top coat was already pealing off. I asked for thin white lines which is what I received on my toes, but my fingernails had way too much white (all 3 of my bridesmaids agreed) and the lines were uneven. The top coat was full of bubbles. Because I had so much to do, being the day before my wedding, I did not complain as I had no time to get them redone, and it's not like she could uncut my painfully short toenails. She was very rough throughout the entire service and it was not a relaxing experience at all.-She seemed to be there to get a paycheck but had no passion for her job or client.
The spa itself seemed very clean (no paper towels in the bathroom though, and one of my bridesmaids had a non-functioning massage chair.)
This visit was a big disappointment. When I do my own nails they turn out better, and the polish lasts longer. I won't be wasting any money there again.
