  • Took my car for a motor mount, said I needed two rather than one. Several hours later told me they ordered the wrong size on the second one. Waited until the right one arrived... When the motor mounts were finally installed. Hector Medina told me you need front brake pads. I said this can wait. Medina said you can come back later and pay for the brake pads. False.. a bill for $610.00.. I paid this in full. Medina will make other repairs and charge you.. If you do not pay I assume they hold your car. If you can't pay the charge, Medina has many cars for sale that belonged to customers. A few days after, the power steering container was leaking that is next to the motor mount. Never mentioned this to me.. I assume by realizing the wrong motor mount and trying to force it in caused the damage to the power steering container.. Never will I do business with this crook again. Medina;s web site has many customers that he did the same to.. sorry, I did not read them before having him do the repairs.
