  • For 3 days I had been calling plumbing companies trying to get them to come out and examine my water softener system. I had one company tell me to pour bleach in it, another tried to diagnose me over the phone and charge me $1200. After not giving up I called Pure Plumbing and not only were they willing to come look at the issue but they came out within a couple of hours. Tyler was GREAT! Not only did he look at the water softener system and find that everything was working fine but he actually found where the issue in my garage was coming from which was my neighbors house! I would recommend this company and Tyler to anyone I meet. They are not out to get you they simply are here to help and fix your problems. Best in the city!!!!!!
