  • Outstanding service! you cannot go wrong with Comfort Experts! Yesterday it hit 116 degrees in Phoenix and our air conditioner stopped working suddenly. Early on Saturday morning my wife called Comfort Experts to diagnose the issues. Ryan, the owner, responded literally within two minutes and mentioned that he could be at our house shortly thereafter, which occurred as he said. Ryan and an employee took only about 5 minutes in our house to identify that wiring cables in our attic had caught fire, which could have been extremely dangerous. Ryan had all equipment on hand to replace the cables and a battery contained with the main unit. All-in-all, truly remarkable work and a definite 5 star rating. It was a Saturday, Ryan responded immediately, and, fixed a potentially dangerous issue within minutes. Normally you might have to wait hours just for a technician to show up. Luckily, we have befriended Comfort Experts and will use them forever.
