  • If I ever go back to Montreal, I'm staying here again. I feel at home. Concierge and other staff were very helpful - when elevator was in maintenance, holding our luggage, getting us a taxi, etc. Made our stay more relaxed and enjoyable. Room was very clean - housekeeping did a fantastic job tiding up the place. Breakfast buffet was okay - nice variety of food. Room service - their pepperoni pizza is really good. Better than the restaurants outside.
