thailand inspired ice cream style, they pour cream, other liquid mixtures, and fruit onto the ice cold plate and then pound them and make them into a thin sheet of ice cream, then they roll it into like egg rolls and put it in a bowl with predetermined toppings.
it is a very unique experience to watch them do it, and both the texture and the flavour is awesome! the only downside is that the line can be as long as 2 hours because it takes them almost 5 minutes to make one, and there are only 2 cold plates there for making it.
