  • WARNING: this is the most negative review you will ever read I wish there was a way to give this place negative stars. This is without a doubt the worst business experience I have ever had and the biggest waste of money I originally went to them this summer due to having German roaches. I've already had to deal with them before so I know the standard treatment. After shopping around extensively I chose this place because the technician in the phone explained that they have a 3 step system for German roaches which seemed more comprehensive than the companies I've used at my previous houses. And then that's where things immediately went south. I was told the technician would come spray, do a home visit where we'd have to leave and they'd release some gas and then the tech would come do a follow up spray. I made sure to clarify this because all the other times I've had to deal with German roaches all the companies did was just the gas and it seemed I'd be getting more for my money. Nothing of the sort ever happened. A tech came out for an assessment,had me clear out my kitchen cabinets then came a second time and dropped some traps then came back once more. This entire time the roaches were still there. I decided to call and schedule for a tech to come do the gas and was told that wasn't something they did much to my surprise. I ended up speaking with the supervisor who made the entire situation worse. He kept trying to tell me I misunderstood what the tech told means was incredibly condescending talking to me like I was some sort of idiot. He said that they didn't gas and when I told him that it's been over a month and no roaches died, his response was that the service was not guaranteed to kill the roaches. He then said that to get a technician out there I'd need to sign up and pay for their subscription. What a money grab by a greedy company who DIDNT EVEN FIX THE ORIGINAL ISSUE.if they had fixed my issues, I would have likely bought the subscription, but after this there is no way I would ever subject myself to this level of torture ever again End of the day, I went to a different pest company that fixed my issue. I paid $175 to this company to learn that they are shameless money grabbers who lie and have no regard for their customers or have any inkling of how customer service works
