Ok this place is unbelievable. My first time here was about a month ago. As I'm sitting in the waiting room full of people for about 20 minutes an assistant calls back a "Lisa " , because I'm in the medical field I know proper etiquette and how to talk to patients and how to distinguish between patients by using a last name. This woman however did not. And knowing how common the name "Lisa" is in a room full of women this lady made a fool out of herself by calling the wrong person back. If only she would of used proper protocol and had a little common courtesy and sense she wouldn't of gotten verbal backlash from me. So as I'm still sitting there having a real gut feeling they called the wrong Lisa back, I can hear them arguing in the back about it. So when she opens the door again to call my name, Lisa I said I knew you had the wrong person! Wow, what a bad reputation to start someone off with in my opinion. I say train your staff to be more professional.
