I just got off the phone after speaking to a reservation manager Sonia. I had gotten an email from Wynn for a great offer and she did not honor that rate for me. I explained to her that I got this email just last month and now I wanted to make a reservation. She kept arguing with me and did not want to give that special rate. I am very disappointed at Wynn and in the past I have had always had great service except for this time!
