  • 2 stars because I love Cinnabon. Zero stars for customer service. Cinnabons were sitting in the front display case freshly made. Waited 21 minutes for the girl to move them from the display to the plate. And that was only after we went back up to remind her that we (the only customers in store) were still waiting. Sad that this is the only Cinnabon location left. Drive thru is apparently more important than customers sitting in store.
