After 2 months of effort, I was still unable to use my I CPAP machine.
Without going into a lot of detail, let me just say that I asked for
adjustments to be made to the unit for 4 weeks in a row. The adjustments
were never made, and so I returned the unit. Choice couldn't have cared
LESS why I was returning it, or what my problems were. They had me sign
several papers, gave me a phony smile & a thank you, and sent me on my way.
I asked if anyone would be interested in what my problems were. I was told
"It's all in your file." Afterwards, I found another company that was much
more responsive and attentive to my needs. In trying to obtain my return
papers for insurance purposes, the receptionist wanted me to know that the
terminology I was using was incorrect. Honestly! Who really cares. I'm
not in their line of business. It was particularly annoying because I KNEW
that she understood what I was talking about. She just wanted to give me a
hard time. I was already frustrated because of their lack of attention to
my needs. Let me just say that using Choice was a real unpleasant
experience. With them you're just a number and another sale. But they
really don't care that you are receiving the help you need. CPAP machines require adjusting & care. And I wanted to deal with a company who would listen, & one that would help me. It wasn't Choice.
