Initially found this pace through groupon. Needed a screen replacement for my iPad 3. However, the replacement screen did not stay glued down. I brought it back in and they glued it again in the same visit. The tech reassured me that it was done properly this time and it would not come up again. Unfortunately, the screen did not stay glued down and dirt or dust got caught under the screen resulting in dead spots and ghost touches. When I brought it in again they would not help me because I had gone past the 30 day warranty. The tech insisted it was my fault and I had probably dropped it. Then he blamed the corners of my iPad. He clearly did not want the store to take responsibility.
I was offered a discount for a new screen but I would rather go to a company that desires to stand behind their work and treat customers with respect.
