  • I too wish I had read the reviews before calling this outfit. Worse than falling prey to it is why Living Social doesn't stop pushing them. They come to my home and unload everything including a lot of hoses. Comes in and his machine isn't working right and spends 15 minutes changing a part and were ready to go. Cleans one area in the middle of the completely empty Great Room in front of the TV wall and says OMG this will need additional cleaning and $ 300+ additional dollars. Why? " Its dirty". Hmmm that's why you're here! Goes out and gets his tank of acid and sprays about a 5 X 6 space in the middle of room again and says see the difference! So the whole condo is 1070 sq ft, 3 bedrooms are carpeted, but he needs $ 329.00 to do it. I asked what comes with the $ 29.00? Ready NO SOAP JUST STEAM! I tell him I can't afford it, He says OK, do you want me to credit you with the $ 29.00? Spends 20 minutes rolling up hoses and gone. No anger, he doesn't appear upset, he is on to the next guy! So he leaves my floor wet and when it drys the 5 X 6 area is now filmy and cloudy and doesn't wash off. Take a before and after video and protect yourself! Now if you have clean floors that aren't dirty this may be the guy for you!
