| - This has been my go to place since it opened.... Not anymore, attitude! So I arrived to mail some clothes.... I had them in a reusable tote, so that it could be smushed and would be light. The employee places it on the scales with the tallest side up and said that will be $170 guaranteed by 1 week from Monday.. I was shocked and asked, why so much? The employee responded with, it's based on dimensions/weight! I said, so lay it the other way, you know, the way that you will place it in the BOX! The employee then said, that it won't make much of a difference. I said, well then I guess I will try the post office and the employee just walked away!!! What happened to the customer service here, it used to be awesome/helpful. Sorry, I asked you to do your job... Delivery /attitude can literally ruin a good relationship! I ended up shipping the package 2 day- for $50.00 (Box/tape included) somewhere else!
Attention Owners! You may want to spot check your employees from time to time, so that you can experience there wonderful customer service or lack their of!
