rev:text	After traveling in to urbana for my husbands birthday, we wanted a cheap place to stay to avoid having to stay with his family. We had his sister reserve our room before we got to town & should have known by the way we were greeted that this establishment was bogus. While trying to unlock the door to the room, we could hear the phone ring inside the room, it was the front desk he rudely stated " you have someone else check you in , it's no smoking (which was already known) you smoke we make her suffer! We charge her fifty dollars! " We quickly got ready & left. When we returned at about 10pm (each had our best friend with us) the men walked across the street to the gas station , us ladies went up to use restroom. My husband returned before we were back down to let them in. The Indian lady at the desk refused to let him in, she said NO GUESTS after 9pm. After trying to explain he was no guest it was his room, I walked down to let him in. I went to try to reason with this lady & after much effort I asked for a refund! She refused and picked up the phone to call the police if I didn't remove my belongings from the room. So, needless to say they're money hungry & do not care about customers satisfaction at all! Wish I could give no stars!!!!
