| - I have been dealing with Sears auto at Arrowhead location in Glendale az since July 2014 trying to get them to correctly install a water pump in my Yukon that actually works and doesn't leak. As of Feb 2nd. 2018 (after being sent away. On 1/27/18, because svc manager didn't order part when I was in on Jan 19th) my THIRD water pump was installed. Was really hoping for the best since they used original dealer parts this time, not after market. I have dealt with 3 service managers up to this point. The first one whose name I don't know, but brought my vehicle back in for him to look at 4 times due to leaking. Would top off and tell me us just be condensation from your ac or some other song and dance. Had it checked out finally by an independent mechanic and sure enough installed poorly, been leaking. Could see all residue on hoses. Wanted to charge a fortune to fix. Told him thanks for the inspection, but I'm not paying someone else to fix what I have been complaining to Sears about all this time. New service manager, Zach Swift, even though now out of warranty he was willing to fix what had been done so poorly and causing problems from the get go. Lucky my motor did not burn up. Just saying. Had the water pump replaced Dec 2016 along with heater hoses and new thermostat (for safe measure while it was apart)!! Again, ok at first, but started leaking again. Hesitant to go back, monitored and pet topping off. Not ideal. December 2016 went back in, Zach still there, told him it's been slowly leaking, but now a lot more. Assuming water again. My schedule didn't allow me to get in till January 2018. Jan 19th, assessed the vehicle. Yes, water pump. Everything else looked fine. Ordered dealer pump, thermostat and housing. Scheduled to go back on1/27. Got there, Zach no longer there. New svc advisor Patrick. No parts had been ordered. He said they could courier them in from dealership. Would take about 1/2 hour. Ok. Left vehicle. Got a call about an hour and half later. Tech got hurt working on someone else's car. Went to hosp, I will have to bring my car back. I asked about the parts and Patrick's response was a rude "just let me worry about that" guessing no parts!! Went back on 2/2. Finally installed. Guess what....by 2/4 it's leaking!! Called, Patrick's response "you've got to be kidding." Oh how I wish. Back up on 2/15 at 9a...confirmed, yes, leaking, overflow bone dry.. ..awesome. Got the call at about 3p. Lose clamp on radiator hose. All fixed by his 32 yr certified technician! Got ther to pick up car. Told me I owed them or coolant, $5 and change. I said it's not my fault it leaked out. I've been up here 4 out of my past 5 weekends for this problem. Patrick said "are we gonna squabble about $5? I said I don't know, are we? His response was "WOW". WORST customer service in my life. And guess what, 2/22 LEAKING green coolant!! Filed complaint thru customers svc (located in Philippines ) 48 hours to respond. Nothing, was told to file 2nd complaint and that would go to District mgr. Nearing 48 hours. Waiting. Maybe Eddie Lampert aka "fast Eddie" should be disturbed in his 40 million dollar home in Florida or on his 130 million yacht. What a shameful company. Fine! I will pick 1 star since yelp won't let me pick zeroes
