For those of you who are new to this pastry, it's basically croissant/Viennoiserie dough that are brushed with butter and sugar and then folded beautifully into this muffin-sized flower.
They come with different flavours so I chose the raspberry one because it reminded me of spring.
They used fresh raspberries to make a sort of jam that's not too sweet, and they filled the cavity inside the pastry.
