  • This place is almost perfect but could have been better. Checked in to this place and the first thing we saw was the room was not cleaned properly, the previous guest had left a beer can on top of the door frame. I called downstairs immediately and advices them of the problem. We went out for 4hrs and when we came back the van was still there. At this point i was not happy as I didn't know if the can could have been filled with urine or empty. I called very upset and they FINALLY sent someone. The lady was apologetic and gave us a few chocolates. I noticed that the window also had someone's greasy face prints. Not really what I expected in a luxury suite. They did write me a. Ice letter welcoming me and wishing me happy birthday so that was cool. The room is beautiful, big and elegant. Room 16138 has a beautiful view and during the summer it would have a great pool view.
