  • With the purchase of our home we received a landscape package from Poco Verde. The basic package was very basic, so we paid quite a bit more for the "free" landscaping." Out experience with the project manager was horrible. She had no insight, was difficult to get a hold of, and we had to be there to supervise her crew (because they did not know what they were doing-she did not leave detailed plans for them). It's been a 18 months and we had but problems. Poco Verde would send people to look at the watering system and plants, but nothing improved. So we stopped calling them. Big waste of time to take a day off work for someone to come and do NOTHING! We recently hired a different landscaper to pull out dead plants, overgrown areas and redo the yard. In addition, we are having the watering system fixed and replaced because it has had several leaks (which were never fixed by Poco Verde). I cannot recommend using this company.
