  • Maxwell's in Waxhaw for lunch. Upon recommendation I had the salmon entree & chose a baked potato & green beans as my sides. I like we get to choose! Nice portion of salmon but it was overcooked for me (server didnt ask & I forgot). It also tasted alittle fishy so not fresh. I drowned it in lemon. Huge potato! And the beans are Italian green beans which was a welcome surprise & were very good. Overall, not impressed. Service was good, she was attentive & upbeat. I'd go back to give it another chance & just have something else...like maybe the pork chop.
