  • Working with JJ Garcia was the most no-hassle car experience I have EVER had. (I have been involved in 10+ car purchases in my adult life.) He listened to the types of features I was looking for--and was patient while I considered my choices. He offered explanations and low-key advice. Based on my feedback, he then helped me locate some in-stock options that would meet my criteria. (No bait-and-switch tactics, ever!) He provided all pricing upfront on the phone. When I went to the dealership, my top-choice vehicle was waiting for me to test drive. I was then able to complete paperwork and receive my keys within 90 minutes of arrival. All the financials were exactly what JJ had previously quoted. No hassle. No "wheel & deal." No stunts, gimmicks, or funny business--as I have unfortunately experienced in the past at other dealerships. JJ is an honest, personable, classy guy. I would not hesitate working with him again or referring friends and family. Even if you're not necessarily in the market for a BMW, consider Chapman for other pre-owned makes to avoid the madness that usually comes with purchasing a vehicle! I would also encourage you to consider a BMW, as many models are reasonably priced and ALL models offer superior handling. Plus, BMW performs very well in the AZ heat. Additional perks: Loaner cars are always available during maintenance/repairs--a convenience that reinforces the no-hassle mentality of BMW. In addition, working with an assigned service representative provides continuity and a personal touch throughout ownership. (We have been working with Andy in service for 5 years--and he's great.)
